Anna Harding is a dynamic, driven individual who thrives at the intersection of data, education, and human connection. A proud graduate of Anne Arundel County Public Schools, she went on to become a Terp at the University of Maryland, where she double majored in Mathematics and Education, laying the groundwork for a career centered on analytical thinking and purposeful teaching. She later earned her master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction from McDaniel College and is currently completing her dissertation in a doctoral program at Notre Dame of Maryland University.
Anna’s professional journey began as a high school math teacher, where she combined clarity and care to help students succeed. She then advanced to roles as an assistant principal and a district-level data administrator, where she led with both vision and precision. With a deep love for technology and all things efficiency, she brings clarity and structure to even the most complex problems. Whether she’s streamlining workflows or uncovering insights through data, Anna is fueled by a strong work ethic and an unshakable commitment to integrity. She’s as passionate about people as she is about process, building meaningful relationships and fostering collaboration wherever she goes.
Outside the office, Anna lives for the outdoors, whether snowboarding fresh powder, hiking rugged trails, surfing whenever she gets the chance, and tending to her garden. Her adventurous spirit is grounded by a deep devotion to her family and faith, both of which guide her with purpose and perspective. With equal parts analytical sharpness and heartfelt energy, Anna brings purpose, precision, and warmth to everything she does.

What’s the best concert or live event you’ve ever attended?
- It was an accident. We traveled to England, went to sleep to work out some jetlag, and I was awoken to a bar playing Coldplay extremely loud. Turns out it was actually Coldplay playing at Kensington Palace, right outside our Airbnb.
If you could live in any time period, past or future, when would it be?
- Future. I can’t wait to see what technology does next!
