Matthew grew up in College Park, Maryland, just a mile from the University of Maryland. A lifelong sports and tech enthusiast, he developed a deep love for baseball, playing from the age of five all the way through college. He also speaks French, adding another dimension to his diverse skill set.
As an Endpoint Engineer at Cloudforce, Matthew specializes in delivering solutions through SCCM and Intune, managing security policies, patching, application packaging, and more. His expertise ensures that systems remain secure, efficient, and up to date. He leverages cloud automation tools like function apps and automation accounts to develop innovative solutions, including integrating reporting via Microsoft Graph and building FinOps applications that streamline operations.
Matthew also serves as an escalation point for the nebulaONE® managed service desk, where he supports clients by managing cloud environments, handling service requests, and troubleshooting bugs and user inquiries on the nebulaONE® AI platform. His problem-solving mindset and commitment to client success make him a key asset to the team.
He holds certifications in MD-102 and AI-102, further solidifying his expertise in endpoint administration and artificial intelligence solutions.
