Arija Rahman has been a driving force at Cloudforce since joining in 2021. Starting as an Executive Assistant, she quickly earned a promotion to Chief of Staff, where she worked across every department, including marketing, to align operations and support the company’s rapid growth. Now, as Associate Director of Marketing, Arija brings her extensive expertise in event production, strategic planning, and community engagement to lead Cloudforce’s marketing initiatives full-time.
Arija has a knack for turning connections into opportunities, a skill that shines through in everything she does. At Cloudforce, she spearheaded the company’s first management retreat, hosted two unforgettable ribbon-cutting ceremonies, and launched the inaugural Future Force program to inspire students in STEM. She has also been deeply committed to Prince George’s County, Maryland, working alongside Founder Husein Sharaf to develop programs at the intersection of technology and policy. This includes leading impactful events and initiatives that promote innovation and economic growth within the region.
Arija’s career has been defined by her ability to foster collaboration and provide meaningful support to others. At Springboard Enterprises, she not only led flagship programs like Dolphin Tank® but also moderated conversations and provided valuable resources to entrepreneurs, helping them navigate challenges and build connections with industry experts. Across her career, she has orchestrated and moderated hundreds of events, creating spaces where professionals can share resources, build networks, and spark innovation.
In her new role, Arija is committed to building a bold, data-driven marketing strategy that not only showcases Cloudforce’s AI-powered workplace solutions but also amplifies its culture of innovation. She sees marketing as more than campaigns and metrics—it’s about fostering connections that matter, to clients, partners, and the broader community.
When she’s not creating impact at work, Arija loves diving into historical fiction and women’s history, spending time with friends and family, and unplugging from technology to treasure the relationships that mean the most to her.
