With a multicultural background rooted in Istanbul and shaped by international education, Aylin has built a career at the intersection of business and technology. After earning her economics degree in the USA, she gained valuable project management experience in Turkey before returning to the US for a master’s in IT.

Now a Quality Management Specialist at Cloudforce, Aylin is dedicated to driving continuous improvement and excellence. When she’s not working, Aylin can be found exploring new destinations, seeking out the best coffee shops, attending concerts, or pushing her limits in an indoor cycling studio.

Have you ever completed anything on your bucket list?

• Yes! I got to see the Northern Lights in Iceland, and it was absolutely magical.

What is your favorite dessert?

• Tiramisu! Meaning “pick me up” in Italian, it never fails to cheer me up. With my sweet tooth and love for coffee, it’s basically my dream dessert. Also, I’m completely addicted to ice cream!

What season would you be?

• Autumn! Best aesthetic and perfect weather. Plus, who doesn’t love Fall fashion?

• Yes! I’m fluent in Turkish, English, and French, and currently learning Italian. I love exploring new languages and cultures.
