Cloudforce is proud to welcome Danny Attias as its new Vice President, UK & Europe. A proven technology leader with over 20 years of experience, Danny has built a career on delivering purposeful transformation and aligning innovation with strategic business outcomes.
Danny’s career spans retail, agency, and the third sector, where his commercially astute, people-focused approach has helped organizations achieve strategic objectives through digital transformation. Notably, his tenure as Chief Digital & Information Officer at Anthony Nolan, the world’s first stem cell register, earned him the #1 spot in the 2020 CIO 100 list for modernizing the charity’s IT function and delivering lifesaving advances in both laboratory operations and donor matching processes.
Before joining Cloudforce, Danny served as Chief Digital & Information Officer at London Business School, where he led Europe’s first implementation of the nebulaONE® AI platform – Cloudforce’s secure gateway to GenAI built on Microsoft Azure – initially as a customer. That first-hand experience gave him deep insight into the platform’s transformative potential.
“I am clearly very passionate about the product, nebulaONE, and I think the potential is massive,” he said. “In the U.S., so much effort has gone into getting it into the market, but in Europe, we’ve only just started the journey. I’m excited about accelerating that growth and helping institutions unlock capabilities that even we haven’t dreamed of yet.”
As Vice President, UK & Europe, Danny will lead Cloudforce’s growth in the region, build strategic partnerships, and guide organizations in leveraging nebulaONE to harness the power of cloud and AI. His leadership style centers on trust, empowerment, and succession, enabling teams to thrive and organizations to transform without bottlenecks.
“Over the next year, my focus is to make sure as many people as possible across the UK and Europe are aware of nebulaONE and understand its possibilities,” Danny said. “I can’t wait to see the new ideas, use cases, and productivity gains our customers and their communities will create.”
Beyond his professional achievements, Danny is a dedicated advocate for diversity and inclusion in technology, mentoring women through organizations like Makers, Multiverse, and Cajigo. He is also the creator of the Sondership podcast, where he interviews inspiring people who are having a positive impact on the world.
When he’s not working or spending time with his family, Danny can be found cycling, running, swimming, in the gym, or practicing Pilates and yoga. Having raced seven Ironman 70.3 triathlons across Europe, he now focuses on staying fit, healthy, and injury-free.
Danny’s first-hand experience as a nebulaONE customer, combined with his exceptional record in delivering high-impact transformation, makes him an extraordinary addition to Cloudforce’s leadership team. He understands what it takes to deliver value from both the customer and provider perspective, and that insight will be invaluable to advancing the company’s mission.
