At the heart of our efforts is our Cloudforce for Good program that provides our staff meaningful ways to engage with our community, including:

• Our Future Force technology bootcamps and learning events that engage and inspire learners at all levels with the latest in cloud computing and AI career opportunities.
• Sponsorship and hosting of four university-level hackathons featuring in-depth workshops to expose higher-ed learners to the latest in AI technology, not yet available in most higher ed environments.
• Our robust internship efforts offering mentorship and real-world, hands-on experience to inspire and prepare tomorrow’s tech professionals.
• On-site tours with in-depth career Q&A sessions for local youth groups such as the Boys and Girls Club of Greater Washington, Blacks at Microsoft, and the Southern Management Leadership Program.
• Fundraising and community support, including the donation of 100 laptops to enable students at Prince George’s Community College to pursue distance learning during Covid-19 shutdowns.
