James brings more than a decade of expertise in client relations to Cloudforce, along with a rare blend of academic, technical, and creative experience that enriches every project he supports. A proud Maryland native, James earned his Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Maryland, College Park, and recently completed his MBA at the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. Before joining Cloudforce, James built a meaningful career in higher education as both a faculty instructor and technical director—roles that strengthened his passion for mentorship, collaboration, and helping institutions thrive. Now, he’s excited to channel that experience into supporting campuses and clients worldwide through nebulaONE, reconnecting with the education ecosystem that first shaped his professional journey.
Before higher education, James spent years as a technical specialist lead in the entertainment and events industry. That experience ignited his passion for technology, production, and crafting meaningful experiences—skills he now channels as a Project Manager for nebulaONE. His work blends technical problem‑solving with a genuine dedication to human connection, ensuring every client feels supported and understood.
Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, biking, watching movies, playing board games, and hosting spooky movie nights with his partner at their home in Washington, DC.
