Quinn Hayden has always been drawn to the place where ideas become action. Originally from Frederick, Maryland, Quinn made his way to Virginia Tech, where he focused his studies on management, consulting, analytics, and entrepreneurship, a fitting mix for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and building something tangible from the ground up.
During his time at Virginia Tech, Quinn brought that entrepreneurial mindset beyond the classroom through the Virginia Tech Startup Incubator, where he explored turning ideas into small business ventures. He also stayed actively involved in his co-ed professional business fraternity, building relationships, sharpening his business perspective, and developing the collaborative approach he brings to his work today. With a background rooted in problem-solving, analysis, and people-centered business strategy, Quinn is a natural fit for his role as a Customer Success Associate at Cloudforce.
Quinn brings curiosity, energy, and a team-oriented mindset to customer success. He enjoys understanding how people work, what they need, and how the right support can help them move forward with confidence. Whether helping customers navigate a challenge or contributing to internal collaboration, Quinn approaches his role with a balance of analytical thinking and genuine enthusiasm.
Outside of work, Quinn stays active through fitness, skiing, and spending time outdoors whenever he can. He tries to take one big ski trip out west or up north each winter, enjoys competitive PC gaming with friends, and loves spending time with family and his puppy, Frank.
