A Perth Amboy, New Jersey native and near-20-year resident of Bozeman, Montana, Ray brings a wide range of professional and life experiences to our elite force. Ray’s unique path—from studying music technology to diving into computer science and transitioning from the airline industry to IT roles at The Montana Racial Equity Project—also adds a distinctive perspective to his approach.

As Cloudforce Technical Support Specialist, Ray is responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues and for also enhancing overall user satisfaction and ensuring smooth operations across the board. Outside of work, Ray is an avid enthusiast of analog synthesizers and guitar gear; and enjoys playing music, reading, and immersing himself in movies and anime. He also loves staying active through snowboarding and cycling.

What fictional world would or place would you like to visit?
- Middle-earth or Night City. Wildly different places, and probably not the most pleasant places to be an ordinary person in, but my inner child would be in awe.
What do you do when you’re not at Cloudforce?
- I really like to get outdoors and do a lot of cycling during the summer and some snowboarding during the winter, as well as spend time playing guitar or messing around with analog synthesizers.
As a child, what did you want to be when you grew up?
- An astronaut
What is your favorite thing to eat?
- Arroz con gandules y pastelillos – traditional Puerto Rican rice & beans and empanada that I grew up eating.

- Definitely summer. It’s my favorite time of the year, hands down.
