Vandana Verma has always had a knack for understanding what makes people tick and turning that understanding into meaningful connection. Originally from Texas, Vandana made her way to New York University, where she earned a double major in Psychology and Economics, a pairing that neatly reflects the way she approaches the world: part human insight, part strategic thinking. After five years in New York City, she traded one fast-paced city for another and moved to Washington, D.C., where she has now called home for nearly six years.
Her career in sales has followed that same people-first thread. Over the past seven years, Vandana has built experience across both B2C and B2B sales, with the majority of her work focused on helping businesses identify the right solutions for their needs. Most recently, she worked in advertising sales at Clutch.co, supporting small and mid-sized companies across the U.S. and international markets. Along the way, she developed a deep appreciation for consultative sales — the kind rooted less in pitching and more in listening, problem-solving, and building trust. It’s that thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach that makes her such a natural fit as an Account Executive.
For Vandana, the best part of sales is the opportunity to act as a true partner to her clients. She loves digging into the challenges businesses are facing, understanding what success looks like for them, and helping connect the dots between where they are and where they want to go. Equal parts curious, strategic, and relationship-driven, Vandana brings warmth and intention to every conversation.
Outside of work, Vandana’s passions are refreshingly well-rounded: movement, food, and seeing as much of the world as possible. She loves staying active through Pilates and local hikes with her dog, experimenting in the kitchen with a new recipe each week, and exploring D.C.’s ever-growing restaurant scene. A self-proclaimed foodie, she is always up for a great meal (especially when travel is involved).

- I always rewatch Avatar: The Last Airbender. It’s a perfect show and I love the nostalgic feeling I have when I watch it.
What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
- My fun fact is that I am a twin! I have a twin brother and he is almost 10 inches taller than me.
If you were a superhero, what would your power be?
- My superpower would be to teleport- I could quickly travel to people who need my help and hopefully get them to safety.
What is your favorite tradition or holiday?
- On Christmas eve we always open one present from family. As a kid, it was fun to be able to play with a toy early. As an adult, it’s great to have family around to spend time with and cherish.
What season would you be and why?
- I would be Summer. I love everything about the summer, yes even the heat. And I think my personality matches most with what you think about when you think summer (outgoing, fun, relaxing, adventurous).
