From an early age, Zubda thought she’d grow up to be someone who would help people at a job where she’d wear a suit to work every day. After completing her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and gaining some work experience, however, her interests began to shift. 

Then, like countless other lives worldwide, Zubda’s plans were abruptly halted by Covid-19. While her plans may have hit pause, Zubda’s dreams powered forward as she married the love of her life. As the Covid Era began to subside, Zubda decided she wanted to get into the Human Resources side of things which motivated her to pursue an MBA from NUST, one of the most prestigious universities in Pakistan.  

While she worked tirelessly to build practical skills, Zubda and her husband welcomed their precious daughter and moved back to the U.S. in 2024. Now a Junior Workforce Specialist at Cloudforce, Zubda is finding an incredibly challenging and fulfilling way to serve others—business suit optional! She is thrilled to work in and help promote the Cloudforce ethos that values personal growth and success as well as a healthy work/life balance. 

Outside of work, Zubda’s interests include being a foodie; do-it-yourself projects; baking; self-care; and dressing up her adorable daughter—the true light of her life. Last but not least, Zubda also proudly commemorates and celebrates her culture that has shaped her values, her drive to serve others, and her love of life.

What season would you be?

• I’m a fall girl through and through. The gorgeous natural colors, amazing sunsets and of course, pumpkin spice!  

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever given?

• Tough times come and go, you can either dwell on them or learn from them, and once they’re past, you’ll be proud of yourself to have made it through. 

 What is your favorite item you’ve bought this year?

• I bought my first car and I’m so glad I did! 

 What is your favorite tradition or holiday?

• My favorite holiday is Eid. I love it when the family comes together for fun, food and laughter! 

 What is your favorite thing to eat?

• Pasta! So many different possibilities.
