Cloudforce Named to Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces List for Fourth Consecutive Year

We’re proud to share that Cloudforce has been named to Inc.Magazine’s Best Workplaces list for the fourth year in a row — a recognition that means even more as we continue to grow and evolve.

The Inc. list celebrates companies that prioritize people, and this honor is based entirely on employee feedback. Out of thousands of applicants, only a select few are chosen through a process that digs deep into workplace culture, satisfaction, and values.

Last year, Inc. featured Cloudforce in a special article on how standout companies are redefining culture by truly listening to their teams. The piece highlighted how we acted quickly and thoughtfully on employee feedback — from improving benefits to strengthening manager training — to build the kind of workplace we’d all want to be part of. That story still resonates with us today.

“We’ve grown a lot over the last few years, but what hasn’t changed is how much we care about creating a workplace people actually enjoy showing up to,” said Yayoi Vanzego, Associate Director of Workforce. “Being recognized again by Inc. means so much because it comes straight from our team. That’s what makes it real.”

Cloudforce CEO Husein Sharaf shared, “When times are good, we celebrate our people with respect. When times are tough, we support our people with respect.”

Because at the heart of all the progress and change — this is what it’s always been about.

In the last four years, we’ve gone from a 20-person consulting firm to a nearly 70-person company with our own AI product, nebulaONE.ai, and a growing community that made it possible to raise $100,000 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington.

Some things have changed. But what hasn’t is what matters most — a culture grounded in trust, care, and shared purpose.
